K-5 fall REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR NEW STUDENTS:
K-5 Enrollment for 2026-27:
Kindergarten Registration opens February 2, 2026
New Student Registration (Grades 1-5) opens March 2, 2026
1. Call us at 310-325-1213, email pinesharboroffice@gmail.com, or message us online to book a tour.
2. We will schedule a day where your child can spend half the day at school to experience the environment and routines first-hand. They will also be given a placement test to evaluate their academic standing.
3. We will invite you to create a Brightwheel account (our registration/tuition program) and send you an application through this app. You can find it in the Paperwork tab, under Packets.
4. Once your application has been approved, we will notify you, send you the registration invoice, and request your child's birth certificate and immunization record.

Class Placement
New kinder through 5th-grade students are required to schedule testing before enrollment. The testing fee is $35 and ensures that the student is placed at the appropriate grade level based on academic, emotional, and social maturity. Our small class environment provides both advanced and struggling students with opportunities to excel. However, our school does not currently have special education classes or a program to integrate students with moderate to severe learning disabilities.
